The group Nigôlo is engaged in two projects:

"Minhoca" is a social projects with children from the poorer parts of the city Morro do Chapéu.
-
"Herbárium" wants to preserve the natural biodiversity of the region.
Both projects are realized through the efforts of the family of Mestre Lua Santana and are taking place in the city o Morro de Chapéu, in the Chapada Diamantina in the interior of the state Bahia of Brasil.
